Inspired by our children, Niko James and Chloe Madison, James Madison uses seasonal ingredients seduced by flavors worldwide.
Nicole (CA) and Jonathan (NY), from opposite ends of the culinary spectrum, combine their expertise with every curated dish on the menu. We turn to our training in classical French techniques, infusing it with the fresh Mediterranean seasonality and Asian and Middle Eastern aromatics.
Hospitality is the foundation of any authentic, memorable food experience. From our initial interactions and menu creation to the personal chef tasting and, finally, with the event itself, we strive to make our guests feel like it's a personable experience. Our goal is to overwhelm our guests with feelings of euphoria.
As A commitment to ourselves and our clients, we constantly strive to improve. Whether through continued education, or our favorite means of research and development, we are always looking for new ways of doing things or more flavors to bring to the table.
